It is reminded that all images, texts or graphic elements contained in this Site may constitute intellectual work, thus benefiting from copyright protection, according to the provisions of this same Code.

Any databases appearing on the Site are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code of the European Directive of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases. As such, EDF expressly prohibits any reuse, reproduction or extraction of elements from these databases. Unauthorised reuse, reproduction or extraction shall be the user’s liability.

Any representation or reproduction, total or in part, permanent or temporary, on a computer and/or paper medium, and by any process whatsoever (in particular by framing), of one or other of the elements of the Site, without the prior and express agreement of EDF, is prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which may lead to civil and/or criminal convictions, according to articles L331-1 and subsequent articles, and L335-2 and subsequent articles of the intellectual property code, subject to the exceptions mentioned in article L122-5 of this same Code.

In the event that the user wishes to use any of the Site contents (text, image, etc.), they must obtain express, prior written authorisation from EDF, by sending an email to the following email address: contact@igsnr.com

The igsnr.com site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites (partners, information, etc.). However, EDF is not in a position to check the entire content of the sites visited and therefore declines all responsibility for the risks of illegal content.

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (eg on a contact form) has been entered by a user or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website user enters the site. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA reviews various information (e.g. IP address, how long the user has been on the website or the mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be transmitted to Google.
The analyses of reCAPTCHA take place completely in the background. Visitors to the site are not informed that such an analysis is taking place.
Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from automated abusive spam.
